At Spiramentum Ministries we assist people to focus on creating time and space in their lives to breathe.
Over the past few years or so, I’m sure that we have all become increasingly aware that every week, month and year we each need to take time out of our busy schedules to rest, relax, refocus, and rejuvenate our bodies, minds and souls.
If you want some time out from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and / or ministry. Or if you need an opportunity to pause so that you can decide on what to do next, or ascertain where to from here.
